The rustic kitchen is made of massif oak with hand-painted ceramics.
All necessary accessories are available for the highest comfort.

Directly beside the kitchen, you will find the eating-space with a table for 6 persons. A high-chair for a baby is provided. |  |

From here, you can reach the terrace and enter the garden. A stairway leads to the rooms on the first floor. |  |
1. Bedroom on mezzanine floor

The intermediate storey is equipped with a carpet and is very lovely with its walls of stone and wood. It has a living space of 25 m ² and is situated over the living-room and the fireplace. It is an intergrally closed room. |  |

2. Bedroom with additional baby-bed
 |
This nice and wide bedroom is equipped with a double bed. It can be equipped with an additional baby-bed. The room is quiet and offers recreation and relaxation. |  |
3. Bedroom with bunk-bed for two persons
 |
This third bedroom is equipped with a bunk-bed and is ideal for children or adolescents. |  |

The living-room is recently renovated and very comfortable. You may watch the TV, relax beside the fireplace or simply have a glass of wine after a long excusion. |  |

The stone fireplace was built in the 15th century and was former a baking oven. Now it is a lovely fireplace with a glass-door to close it. A fan distributes the heat in the house and provides a pleasant comfort. |

Bathroom

On the first floor you will find the bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet with a washbasin. In the basement (also on the ground floor), you will find the washing mashine and the tumble dryer which you can use during your stay, as well as a shelf with cleaning agents and an ironing board. |

| The river "Penzé" is flowing nearby (300 m) and offers you nice hikes at its shore. There are only a few houses in the neighbourhood and the owners, Mrs. and Mr. Le Nan, live nearby and are available in case of any problems or questions. | ||

"Keracoual" is situated at the shore of the "Penzé", an arm of the ocean extended to Carantec and to St. Pol de Léon. Your holiday house is located about 2 km behind the bridge "Pont de la corde", a traffic link between Roscoff and Morlaix. We can organize a promenade by boat if you like, the boats start nearby this bridge and it is very nice to explore the bay of Morlaix by boat. |
